The film by Mark Osborne is clay-mation and around six minutes long, but is able to pack so much power and commentary about working in the modern world. This film was nominated for the Best Short Film Academy Award in 1999.
The protagonist needs to leave his job and find his sparkle again. I can relate to that. :)
